Reservations must be made by September 3, 2008.

Reservations are accepted up to this cut-off date, September 3, 2008, or until the group block is full. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis. After the group block is full or the cut-off date has past, the prevailing rates will apply for any reservations confirmed. Call early and book your reservations so you are assured of the convocation rate. If you have requests to accommodate disabilities, please be sure to request them with the hotel, when making your reservations.

Convocation room rate is effective 9/23/08 - 9/27/08.
Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours prior to arrival date will be charged for the first night's room and tax. Any individual that checks out early will be charged a $50 fee for early departure.
